Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / Head of HR

Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing HR operations within the organization. The role involves ensuring compliance with local labor laws, handling recruitment processes, employee relations, payroll management, and supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. The HR Executive will also be the point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:


    • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate selection.
    • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
    • Prepare employment contracts and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Ensure all new employees are fully aware of company policies and procedures.
  2. Employee Relations:


    • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and issues.
    • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Manage disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in compliance with local labor laws.
  3. Payroll & Benefits Administration:


    • Oversee the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
    • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and end-of-service benefits.
    • Ensure compliance with GOSI and other statutory requirements.
  4. Performance Management:


    • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.
    • Support line managers in handling performance reviews and setting employee goals.
    • Identify training needs and support the development of training programs.
  5. HR Compliance:


    • Ensure the company complies with local labor laws and regulations.
    • Manage employee records and maintain HR databases.
    • Prepare and submit necessary reports to government authorities as required.
  6. HR Reporting & Analytics:


    • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Employee Engagement:


    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
    • Organize employee events, wellness programs, and recognition schemes.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the KSA.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
